Annual membership and renewal
PLUS and PRO are annual recurring memberships. Canceling before the next renewal date stops future renewal charges and normally keeps access active through the paid term.
14-day voluntary guarantee
Submit an eligible request within 14 calendar days after the initial payment. Renewal payments are not covered by the introductory guarantee except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Which plan should I choose?
Choose FREE to explore selected resources before paying. Choose PLUS when you are ready to build and launch with the complete WordPress Package and standard support. Choose PRO when you need PRO-level Resource Library access, additional premium resources, PRO-only industry packages identified as included, and priority handling for eligible support requests.
Do I need a domain and hosting?
Yes, if you plan to build a WordPress website. Domain registration and hosting are separate from the Nippy Launch membership. Review the Web Hosting Guide before choosing a provider.
Do I need to know how to code?
Many standard WordPress tasks can be completed through the WordPress dashboard and the available Installation Guides. Advanced customization, integrations, or troubleshooting may require technical knowledge or a separately purchased professional service.
What support do I receive?
FREE is primarily self-service. PLUS uses the standard support queue for eligible account, resource, and Nippy Launch installation-guidance questions. PRO adds priority handling and broader assistance expressly included with the plan. No plan includes a guaranteed response or resolution time unless an accepted order expressly says otherwise.
Are updates included?
PLUS and PRO receive eligible updates for included resources while the membership remains active and paid. Each successful renewal continues access to eligible updates for the renewed annual term.
Can I upgrade, cancel, or change plans?
You can select another available plan when the account or checkout provides that option. The price and effective date shown before confirmation control the change. Canceling a recurring membership stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid term.
How does the 14-day guarantee work?
The voluntary 14-day guarantee applies only to the first eligible purchase of a PLUS or PRO membership when the request is received within 14 calendar days after the initial payment. Renewal payments are not covered by this introductory guarantee, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Review the Refund, Cancellation and Renewal Policy for eligibility, verification requirements, and exclusions.
Are industry-specific WordPress Packages included or sold separately?
PRO includes the industry-specific WordPress Packages identified as included with PRO in the Resource Library. Other specialized packages may be offered separately as optional add-ons, with their price and access terms shown before purchase.
What happens when a paid membership ends?
When your paid membership ends, your access to the paid Nippy Launch Service and all benefits included with that membership ends. You will no longer have access to paid member areas, protected downloads, paid Resource Library content, support, activation services, updates, or other PLUS or PRO benefits.
Resources lawfully downloaded before the membership ended may continue to be used only as permitted by their applicable licenses. Renewing an eligible paid membership restores access to the benefits currently included with that plan.
Can I use Nippy Launch resources for client work?
You may use eligible materials for client work only to the extent permitted by your plan, the Nippy Launch License Agreement, and any applicable third-party or open-source license. You may not share your account, protected downloads, proprietary activation credentials, or Nippy Launch Materials as standalone files. Review the License Agreement before using resources in client projects.
